These healing practices are gentle and non – invasive in their nature, they bring comfort and well being and I use them with confidence on myself, my family, my friends and my clients.
The Bach Flower System was created in the early 20th century by Edward Bach who was a well known British physician, bacteriologist, homeopath and researcher. It consists of 38 flower essences that assist in restoring emotional harmony when a person is stuck in emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, uncertainty, loneliness or guilt to name some. Bach flowers are used across the world today and have no undesirable side effects. They are also perfectly safe for children and pets.
The transmission of universal life energy through the palms of the hands has been practiced for thousands of years. In its present form, as Reiki, it was brought by Japanese scholar Mikao Usui in the mid 19th century. It facilitates stress reduction, relaxation and promotes physical and emotional healing.
Quartz crystals have been used throughout history and across cultures to amplify, clean and store energy and as healing objects and meditation tools. They emit a low frequency vibration – always with the same intensity, speed and wavelength – which makes them very stable. When placed in contact with the body, a subtle yet powerful exchange of energy takes place, and the quartz crystals absorb, cleanse or dispose of the dense energies in our energy bodies.
Viruses, harmful bacteria, fungi and parasites which produce a great number of diseases thrive on an imbalanced pH. Through the application of medium intensity passive magnets in specific areas of the body called biomagnetic pairs – a system developed by Dr. Isaac Goiz – this imbalance may be corrected, giving the organism the opportunity to regain its incredible ability to heal itself.
Healing is a matter of time, but sometimes also a matter of opportunity Hippocrates
